A former 29th round pick by the Atlanta Braves, Oklahoma right-handed pitcher Cade Cavalli comes in next on our countdown.
As a freshman in 2018 he posted a 6.75 ERA in just 17.1 innings. He also hit .202/.333 with 6 home runs and 28 RBI in 193 at-bats.
That summer he posted a 4.15 ERA in the Cape Cod League over 13 innings with 15 strikeouts, but he also walked 15 batters.
In 2019 with Oklahoma he had a 3.28 ERA in 60.1 innings with 59 strikeouts and a WHIP of 1.46, while also hitting .319/.393 with 4 home runs in just 72 at-bats.
This past summer the big 6-foot-4 righty spent time with the USA Collegiate National team.
This another big starting pitcher with tremendous upside, but he still has a lot to prove at the college level.
