Next on our Top 100 Countdown is Cincinnati outfielder Joey Wiemer.
The 6-foot-5 right-handed hitter batter .266 as a freshman in 2018 with 35 runs scored, 8 doubles, 5 home runs, 22 RBI, 9 stolen bases, and a .387 OBP.
That summer he hit .264 with 30 runs scored, 7 doubles, 2 home runs, 19 RBI, 13 stolen bases, and had a .355 OBP in 148 at-bats in the Coastal Plain League.
In his sophomore season he hit .263 with 42 runs scored, 13 doubles, 6 home runs, 28 RBI, 21 stolen bases, and a .360 OBP.

This past summer he played in the Cape Cod League where he hit .273 with 17 runs scored, 5 doubles, 1 home run, 17 RBI, and 8 stolen bases in 99 at-bats.
Wiemer is another player on our list with a solid combination of speed and power.
He does a great job of taking walks and getting on base, but I’d still love to see him improve that batting average in his junior season and push double-digit home runs.
