Another outfielder makes our Top 100 Countdown in Washington’s Braiden Ward.
As a freshman in 2018 Ward hit .304 for the Huskies with 37 runs scored, 6 doubles, 3 triples, 19 stolen bases, and a .401 OBP.
That summer he hit .310 in the Northwoods League with 50 runs scored, 11 doubles, 2 triples, 3 home runs, 29 RBI, 35 stolen bases, and a .374 OBP.
He really stepped things up as a sophomore with Washington hitting .321 with a .412 OBP to go along with 41 runs scored, 11 doubles, 5 triples, 1 home run, 26 RBI, 26 stolen bases, and a .858 OPS.
BIG HIT! Braiden Ward goes shopping at the gap and hits a 2-out, 2-RBI double. UW now up 9-5.#DaWgStrong pic.twitter.com/TgwhoxZMVz

Ward backed that up by playing exceptionally well in the Cape Cod League where he hit .303 with 26 runs scored, 6 doubles, 3 home runs, 21 RBI, 27 stolen bases, and a .793 OPS.
The speedy center fielder is one of the best leadoff hitters in all of college baseball.
