Coming in at 85 on our Top 100 Countdown is the 2019 ACC Player of the Year.
Wake Forest first baseman Bobby Seymour led the nation with 92 RBI in 2019 as a sophomore to go along with a .377 average, 20 doubles, and 9 home runs.
After the season he won just about every award imaginable and made all the postseason team awards.
In 2018 as a freshman he put up solid numbers as well hitting .286 with 31 runs scored, 12 doubles, 7 home runs, and 32 RBI.
That summer he hit .296 in the Northwoods League with 29 runs scored, 12 doubles, 2 home runs, and 27 RBI in 186 at-bats.
This past summer he hit .250 in just 32 at-bats in the Cape Cod League. Seymour was going to play with Team USA but had to have an appendectomy.
The big left-handed slugger will be one of the top bats in all of college baseball in 2020.
If he can continue to hit for a high average and adds a little more power, we could see him taken in the first two rounds of the upcoming MLB Draft.
