DigitalSportsDesk.com (Honestly, I have never heard of them before but it was sent to me from a very reliable source quoting them so I am not sure about it) is reporting that the UConn Basketball program is returning to the Big East and the decision on the other athletic teams is still up in the air. Since I quoted this article, several other sources have come out and say announcement is coming soon that UConn will be joining the Big East likely starting in the 2020-2021 school year.
Source confirmed that UConn will be added as a member of the Big East. Announcement likely this week.
