The Bryant University Bulldogs advanced to the NEC Championship game with a 3-1 victory over Central Connecticut State on Friday evening at Dodd Stadium. Bryant was led by Tyler Mattison who allowed one run in six innings of work while Chris Wright picked up the save working three scoreless innings. At the plate, Jimmy Titus went 2-4 with a run scored to lead the attack. Central Connecticut State starting pitcher Brandon Fox went all eight innings allowing three runs on seven hits.
