The Holy Cross Crusaders and Navy Midshipmen split a rare Monday Patriot League doubleheader. The Midshipmen won the first game 6-1 while Holy Cross picked up a 4-0 victory in Game 2. Leading the Midshipmen in Game 1 was designated hitter Liam Lowery who went 2-4 (both doubles) with four RBI. On the mound Charlie Connolly picked up the win pitching six innings allowing only three hits and one unearned run. Noel Luckenbaugh got the loss giving up five runs in five innings of work.
In Game 2, Holy Cross pitcher Liam Dvorak pitched eight shutout innings scattering seven hits while striking out seven and allowing only one walk. The offense was led by Austin Masel who had a RBI double in the victory.
