A returner to this list, Arkansas outfielder Dominic Fletcher finds himself back on our top 100 countdown.
After a solid freshman campaign in which he hit .291 in 220 at-bats with 44 runs scored, 12 home runs, 37 RBI, and a .356 on-base percentage.
He followed that up by hitting .382 in the California Collegiate League over 123 at-bats with 24 runs scored, 10 doubles, 7 home runs, 31 RBI, 9 stolen bases, and a .425 on-base percentage.
Those number really put him on the national scene, so much so that some thought his sophomore season was a little disappointing.
But after getting out to a slow start, he finished the season hitting .288 with a .338 on-base percentage to go along with 43 runs scored, 16 doubles, 10 home runs, and 49 RBI.
Fletcher helped lead the Razorbacks to the College World Series final where he was named to the College World Series All-Tournament Team.
This past summer he played with the USA Collegiate National team.
I would love to see Fletcher become more a stolen base threat in the spring. That combination of speed and power for the corner outfielder would help boost his draft stock even more.
