PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton Tigers have released their 2019 schedule, the team announced today.
The Tigers open up the month of March with a three-game set with George Mason (Mar. 1-3). The Patriots won 39 games and reached the Atlantic-10 title game last season. Princeton then makes the trip to UNC-G (Mar. 8-10) before a battle at Georgetown (Mar. 15-17). After one game vs. Richmond (Mar. 18), the Tigers wrap up the spring trip with two meetings vs. Old Dominion (Mar. 19-20).
The Ivy League schedule format in place for the 2019 season will feature each team playing one another three times. Ivy weekends will feature a doubleheader on Saturday and one contest on Sunday. Every Ivy game will be a nine-inning affair.
Princeton begins Ivy play at home vs. Dartmouth (Mar. 23-24). After a jaunt to Harvard (Mar. 30-31) and a road meeting vs. Monmouth (Apr. 3), the defending Ivy champion, Columbia, comes to Clarke Field (Apr. 6-7).
Seton Hall welcomes Princeton (Apr. 10) before the squad heads to Penn (Apr. 13-14). The Tigers host Rider (Apr. 17) and then has contests at Cornell (Apr. 20-21) and Villanova (Apr. 24). Brown comes to Princeton (Apr. 27-28) before a home and home series with St. Johns’ (May 4-5). The regular season finishes at Yale (May 11-12).
