Current UC-Davis water polo goalkeeper Haley Cameron will be at Pepperdine this week to take part in the tryouts for Team USA for the 2014 Women’s Baseball World Cup.

Women’s baseball World Cup? Never heard of it frankly. Is it a big event? All women’s team? …. Is it basically the softball team here playing baseball . … Thanks for your answers in advance. Your opinions would be good too!!

I don’t know how big it is but the women on the team play baseball…they are not softball players…we wrote am article a few years ago on a lady who played on this team in the past and was coaching d-3 players… https://www.collegebaseballdaily.com/2011/01/05/springfields-siegal-opening-access-to-baseball-for-all/
