Louisville isn’t going to be a protected 8 seed with an RPI in the 60s. For them to get into the top 16 of the RPI, they have to win 27 or their remaining 30 games. To get into the top 32, they have to go 22-8.

Go Seawolves!

South Carolina being the 3 seed overall isn’t going to happen. They will finish the season #1 in the nation. Still can’t figure out why most polls have FSU ahead of them and others with

Virginia and ULL ahead as well. They probably have 3 of the most dramatic wins this year. Just 3 loses (Ole Miss once and Kentucky twice when they were both ranked). If the Gamecocks beat 2 out of 3 or even sweep Florida this year that should put them ahead of FSU for sure.

Interesting to see Liberty projected as a 4 seed and Duke as a 3 seed. Liberty is 2-0 against Duke on the season and holds an RPI more than 100 spots better.

Showing the MVC some love by projecting 3 teams in the field of 64,ISU/DBU/WSU!! All 3 very deserving with a potential 4th one in Indiana State. You have the asterisk by the wrong team though. Dallas is the class of the conference. Their scrappy well disciplined offensive approach coupled with their lights out Friday and Saturday starters will be the difference come conference play.

I was literally about to type about this. I love seeing the MVC up here but it gave me a chuckle to see Witchita State as the champion. I personally think DBU is head and shoulders above them. With Voelker, Cy and the rest of their staff; they are shut down. Plus those boys can swing the sticks.
