FSU Baseball Player Jameis Winston not charged in Sexual Assault Case

UPDATE #1 WITH POLICE REPORTS
Current Florida State outfielder/pitcher Jameis Winston was not charged in a sexual assault case today by the state attorney. Winston is also a member of the number 1 ranked FSU football team and is currently the favorite to win the 2013 Heisman Trophy after an outstanding season on the gridiron.

Last season, Winston appeared in 41 games starting 32 while hitting .235 with nine RBI. He also appeared in 17 games on the mound going 1-2 with an ERA of 3.00 while holding batters to a .176 batting average against.
