College Baseball Daily kicks off our countdown to the start of the 2014 College Baseball season by checking in on the Top 100 Players in the country. We will be providing one player per day until we reach number 1.
We continue the list today at number 96 with Wisconsin-Stevens Point RHP J.P. Feyereisen. The junior was a four time letterwinner at River Falls High School in River Falls, Wisconsin.
As a freshman at Stevens-Point in 2012, he appeared in eleven games including six starts while accumlating a 3-0 record with an ERA of 2.66.
His sophomore season saw him make 13 appearances (12 starts) with a record of 7-2 with an ERA of 2.69 with one complete game. He played the summer of 2013 with the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters of the Northwoods League where he appeared in 22 games totaling 31 innings. He went 3-1 with eleven saves and an ERA of 1.16. The most impressive part of his summer was the 38 strikeouts.
