College Baseball Daily continues our countdown to the start of the 2013 college baseball season by checking in on the Top 100 Players in the country. We will be providing one player per day until we reach number 1.
We continue the countdown today at number 74 with Oral Roberts sophomore catcher/infielder Jose Trevino. The 2011 graduate of John Paul II High School where he was a two time district MVP while hitting a Texas State record of 25 homers in his senior campaign.
Trevino led the Golden Eagles in hitting at .317 with 13 homers and 57 RBI while starting all 63 games.
He spent the summer of 2012 with the USA Collegiate National Team helping to lead the team to the Bronze Medal of the Honkbal Tournament.
