#6 Miami (FL) @ Clemson
Clemson hosted Miami (FL) Friday night, upsetting the sixth-ranked squad 3-1 in the first meeting between Clemson and Miami since the 2009 season. Matt Campbell and Scott Firth allowed only one hit between the two in six innings of relief to lead the Tigers to victory.

Missouri @ #7 Texas A&M
#7 Texas A & M hosted Missouri in College Station, sliding past the Tigers to win the series opener 8-6 on Friday night. The Tigers outhit the Aggies 17 -9, however the Aggies were very efficient, scoring eight runners on their nine hits in the series opener.
Big West:
Cal State Northridge @ #12 Cal State Fullerton
#12 Cal State Fullerton defeated Cal State Northridge 7-2 in the Big West conference match-up on Friday night. Dylan Floro threw a complete game as the Titans took the series opener. Floro recorded nine strikeouts on the night with only one earned run.
Pac-12:
#13 Arizona hosted #2 Stanford, upsetting the Cardinal 8-7 on Friday night. Both Heyer and Appel pitched eight complete innings before Arizona scored four in the bottom of the ninth for the come-from-behind win to take the series opener at Hi-Corbett.
USC @ Washington State
USC beat Washington State 15-10 in a game that lasted nearly four hours. The Trojans scored eight, yes EIGHT, runs in the ninth to defeat the Cougars in the Pac-12 match-up.

#1 Florida @ #22 Mississippi
In a night filled with upsets, #22 Mississippi hosted top-ranked Florida, shutting out the Gators 3-0 in the series opener. Pitcher Bobby Wahl earned the win on the mound after pitching eight complete for the Rebels, allowing only two hits.
#14 LSU hosted #3 ranked Arkansas at Alex Box Stadium, upsetting the Razorbacks 10-6 in game one of the series. Kevin Gausman posted a career-high 12 strikeouts in 6.2 innings pitched. Three separate Tigers—Rhymes, Ross and Hanover—homered for the first time this season in Friday night’s SEC match-up.
