Michael “Butch” Caulfield out at New York Tech

Michael “Butch” Caulfield has resigned at New York Tech according to sources close to the situation. Caulfield was expected to begin his first season at NY Tech this spring replacing longtime head coach Bob Hirschfield who retired after 30 seasons with the Bears. It is unclear at this time who will coach NYIT this upcoming spring but I would expect one of the assistants in Chris Rojas or Mike Mac Millan to take over.
