Anthony Gomez (Vanderbilt) went 2-4 to help Orleans defeat the Falmouth Commodores 3-1. Elon’s John Brebbia got the win giving up a run in six innings.
Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox 6 Wareham Gatemen 2
Stanford’s Stephen Piscotty went 3-3 with two RBI and a run scored as the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox defeated the Wareham Gatemen 6-2.
Hyannis Harbor Hawks 5 Brewster Whitecaps 1
Arizona State’s Joey DeMichele and Purdue Kevin Plawecki each had two hits and two RBI as the Hyannis Harbor Hawks picked up a 5-1 victory over the Brewster Whitecaps.
Harwich Mariners 10 Cotuit Kettleers 0
Stanford’s Austin Wilson went 4-5 with a homer and double while driving in three runs as the Harwich Mariners blew out the Cotuit Kettleers 10-0.
Bourne Braves 2 Chatham Anglers 0
Stony Brook’s Patrick Cantwell went 3-4 with an RBI as the Bourne Braves shutout the Chatham Anglers 2-0.
