Cotuit Kettleers 11 Bourne Braves 2
Victor Roache (Georgia Southern) went 3-3 with three runs scored, three RBI, and a solo homer as he led the Kettleers to a 11-2 victory over the Bourne Braves. Vanderbilt’s Kevin Ziomek allowed two hits in four innings as he picked up the win.
Falmouth Commodores 15 Wareham Gatemen 6
Jack Marder (Oregon) and Jeremy Baltz (St. John’s) each had four hits as they led the Commodores to a rare high scoring 15-6 victory over the Gatemen.
Harwich Mariners 3 Hyannis Harbor Hawks 2
Missouri State’s Luke Voit went 2-3 with an RBI to lead the Mariners to a 3-2 victory over the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. Chris Overman got the win in relief by pitching 2.1 scoreless innings while Charlotte’s Corey Roberts was tagged with the loss by giving up a run in two innings.
Chatham Anglers 3 Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox 2
Miami’s Stephen Perez went 3-3 with a run scored as he helped the Anglers pick up a 3-2 victory over the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox.
Brewster Whitecaps 8 Orleans Firebirds 1
Michigan State’s Ryan Jones, Oregon State’s Danny Hayes, and Oregon JJ Altobelli each had three hits as the Whitecaps defeated the Firebirds 8-1 on Tuesday evening.
