Florida state 6? no way, switch them and UT and you are closer. Ucla to virginia and csf to Florida state for super– no west coast region has been sent to eastern time zone in the last six years, probably longer as I got tired of lookingn
You’re right, FSU is a 5, not a 6.

Its a shame that schools like Texas Tech get eliminated after a 33-25 year and you have schools like New Mexico (39 loses)u00a0and Alabama (28 wins)u00a0in the tournament.u00a0 It’s an embarasssment to NCAA baseball to leave out schools that have 30 wins or more miss out.u00a0 What happens if say TCU lost to New Mexico on purpose so they cut down the field to 62 by having a lesser team make the tournament with the automatic bid?u00a0 I bet more D1 coaches do that then you realize.u00a0Baylor (28 wins)….a joke.u00a0 Alcorn St (27 wins)…a joke. Sacred Heart??u00a0 LSU should NOT make it based on their name…..they were WEAK this year.
maybe tech should join the mountain west, maybe then they would win a conference title in something, though it would not be baseball, football or basketball.u00a0 tech had an awful season and the only reason they did not lose 39 times is due to playing nothing but home games for the first 4 weeks of the season against BYU (who they lost to) Eastern Michigan, Northwestern, UNLV (another loss) and lets not forget them dumping the Texas A&M CC
Glad to see you put Elon in. No reason a conference champion with an RPI of 49 should not get in over 2 independent teams with lower RPI,s and no conference. I hope your right Brian!!
You know im a SOCON man but there is NO way Elon should get in over Dallas Baptist or even Cal St Bakersfield
How’s that when elon has a higher rpi than both of those and they won a conf champ in a generally strong conf
The SOCON was not very good this year.u00a0 The SOCON was the 15th rated conference and Elon’s really only PRO was winning the regular season.u00a0 nnLets look at just Elon vs Dallas BaptistnnElon-(36-21) RPI#49 nnPROn-Won SOCON Regular Seasonn-RPI is within atlarge rangennCON-n-0-3 vs top 25n-2-3 vs 26-50n-4-5 vs 76-100n-11-15 vs top 100n-UNC(0-1); Clemson(0-2); ECU(0-2); NC St(2-1); CofC(2-1); GSU(1-2); Samford(1-2)nnDallas Baptist (38-19) RPI #45nnPROn-overall record (38-19)n-RPI #45 is decentn-5-3 vs top 25n-12-9 vs top 100n-n Texas A&M(1-2); Rice(1-0); Texas(0-1); Oklahoma(1-0); TCU(2-0); Baylor(0-1); Oklahoma St(1-0); Texas Tech(1-1);u00a0nCONn-0-3 vs 101-150n-26-5 vs 151+nnnElon vs Dallas Baptist is not even close
Appears not that the committee is rewarding conf winners. UCLA was a 3 seed last week and now they are hosting

No Dallas Baptist?u00a0 Who does a team need to beat during a season. TCU (2), Tx A&M, Texas Tech, Rice, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Charlotte (2), etc…
Is UConn a solid in?
Everybody saya the ACC is down this year, but they are 5/16 hosts with prob. 7 teams in l and none sneaking in as a 4 seed
I will lead that pack…the conference is really overrated this year! rnSent on the Sprintu00ae Now Network from my BlackBerryu00ae
Seems odd that the committee would send a team from the east coast (Miami) to UCLA and one (Georgia) to Fullerton.
Can’t keep everyone home! rnSent on the Sprintu00ae Now Network from my BlackBerryu00ae
Elon?u00a0 Let me here your case for them
Gamecocks well rested and ready to defend, Adam Mathews and Jackie Bradley Jr. back.u00a0 Repeat time!

Brian – You have a great site and have done a fine job all season. Thx for the effort!!!
like to see a team from the Northeast make it to Nebraska. But they don’t get enough game hardening due to the weather up hereu00a0
