South Carolina junior outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. is likely out for the season with a torn tendon in his left wrist. Bradley was a key component in the Gamecocks run to the 2010 CWS title. He led the team with a .368 batting average while hitting 13 homers and driving in 60 runs. Coming into the 2011 campaign, CBD had rated Bradley as the fifth best player in the country.
Bradley was off to a slow start this season for the Gamecocks as he was only hitting .259 with six homers and 26 RBI. We should see how this injury affects the Gamecocks run to their second straight national championship.
