I recently had the opportunity to catch up with Washington State head coach Donnie Marbut who is in the middle of his seventh season as the head coach of the Cougars. They currently have a 4-1 record after taking two out of three games at Cal State Bakersfield on the opening weekend and sweeping a doubleheader from UC-Santa Barbara on Saturday.
