Mike Zhe of Seacoastonline.com reports that there will be a new collegiate summer baseball league in New England called the Futures Collegiate Baseball League. The league will have teams on Martha’s Vineyard, the Seacoast NH area, Nashua NH, and one to three more teams for the 2011 season. The league is expected to expand in the 2012 season as they try to take on the NECBL as being the second best collegiate league in New England. Futures Collegiate Baseball League Announced
