CHARLESTON, S.C. – CSU baseball player Will Bedenbaugh was killed in a single-car accident late Saturday night near his home in Prosperity, S.C., when his car ran off the road.
“Charleston Southern University and especially our CSU Baseball family are very saddened by the loss of Will Bedenbaugh,” said Buccaneer Head Coach Stuart Lake. “Will was a very special person to his teammates and coaches. He was a part of our very first recruiting class here that has done many great things on the field, in the classroom and community. We will honor Will throughout this 2011 season and in the future. He will forever be a part of CSU Baseball.”
