The Cleveland State baseball program recently released their 2011 schedule. They will open the season on February 18th at Longwood for the first of a three game series. The following weekend, they will head down to UNC-Greensboro for a three game set. The other two non-conference road trips see the Vikings visiting University of Alabama-Birmingham and Cincinnati for three game series. The only home non-conference series is against Bowling Green on March 19th and 20th.
They will open up Horizon League play on March 25th when they visit Illinois-Chicago. They will also play conference road series against Wright State (April 1st and 2nd), Youngstown State (April 22nd and 23rd), Milwaukee (April 30th), Valparaiso (May 1st) and Butler (May 7th-8th).
The home conference schedule kicks off on April 8th when Valparaiso visits to start a three game set. They will also host Milwaukee (April 14th and 16th), Illinois Chicago (May 13) and Wright State (May 14th).
