We are now done the first day of the NCAA Regionals with the biggest upset being Minnesota defeating Cal-State Fullerton behind an excellent start from Seth Rosin. The other interesting thing that I saw was the fact that the UConn and Oregon game drew 5684 fans as alot of people questioned how good the regional would draw up in the Northeast. We can now say that all of the naysayers were wrong and the regional will probably be a success. I attended both games down there and was pleasantly surprised at the crowd and how well run the event has been run. I will have a full article on the regional in the upcoming week but for now you can check out my FSU-Central Connecticut State Recap by clicking here and my Oregon-UConn recap by clicking here. (Both links include interviews). If you missed any of the recaps feel free to check out our Regional Central by clicking here.
