Andy Wilkins Arkansas In my 2010 SEC Western Division preview, I predicted that the Arkansas Razorbacks were going to take the division this year and received much criticism over it especially from LSU fans. (FULL ARTICLE) Right now, the Razorbacks are in first place in the Western Division with a two game lead over LSU and Ole Miss as they have a 33-8 overall record while being 13-5 in the SEC. Leading Arkansas at the plate has been super sophomore Zack Cox who is sporting a .436 average while hitting six homers and driving in 43 runs.

Junior first baseman Andy Wilkins has struggled this season with average as he is hitting .278 but is second on the team with 11 homers and first on the team with 52 RBI. He says the following about how great the fans are:

"It’s just a great atmosphere to play in. We have great fans, and we’re finally starting to put Arkansas back on the map."

Yea, it doesn’t hurt that Arkansas plays in one of the nicest ballparks in the country at Baum Stadium which holds roughly 10,500 seats with 9,200 chairbacks and 34 luxury boxes.
