TAMUCC PAL League The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi baseball program will be teaming up with the Corpus Christi Police Athletic League on the rebuilding and clean up of a youth baseball field located at 4236 Baldwin this Saturday. The field will be named P.A.L. West.

The team will be divided into two groups with the first going from 9 a.m. until noon. The second group will work from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Both groups will be present for a BBQ lunch at noon.

"This will be a great opportunity for our players to not only give back to the local community – but to also see the impact their contribution can have on the lives of today’s youths,” said Islander head coach Scott Malone.

"The Corpus Christi P.A.L. is an outstanding organization that gives opportunities to children that might not otherwise have them. We are honored to be able to participate in a small way to help accomplish this goal."
