WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – During the national signing period, the Monmouth University Baseball program added eight student-athletes to its 2011 class, head coach Dean Ehehalt recently announced. Signing National Letters of Intent to play at Monmouth were Tim Bickford (Wallingford, Conn./Mark Sheehan), Frank Fantino (Nanuet, N.Y./St. Joseph’s – Montvale), Stephen Frey (Washingtonville, N.Y./Washingtonville), Jake Gronsky (Danville, Pa./Danville), Jonathan Guida (Martinsville, N.J./Bridgewater-Raritan), Andrew McGee (Toms River, N.J./Toms River South), Craig Sweeney (Middletown, N.J./Middletown South) and Tom Valichka (Pennsville, N.J./St. Mark’s[Del.]).

BRYANT BASEBALL ANNOUNCES EARLY SIGNING CLASS OF EIGHT TO NLIs FOR THE 2011 SEASON

SMITHFIELD, R.I.  – Bryant University baseball and head coach Jamie Pinzino are pleased to announce the eight student-athletes who have committed to joining the Bulldogs for the 2011 season.

"We are very pleased to have these student-athletes as part of the Bryant Baseball program," said Pinzino. "They have excelled both academically and athletically at the high school level, and we look forward to them being a big part of our success as we continue to establish ourselves at the DI level."
