When Texas and Oklahoma get together most people have an image of the State Fair of Texas and the Red River Rivalry taking place at the Cotton Bowl. Although these two schools have a heated rivalry in football but it does not stop there. UFCU-Dish Falk Field had the largest attendance yesterday of the year as these two teams went head to head for 1st place in a Big 12. Due to the rainout on Friday evening, the teams would play a doubleheader.

Game 1 had everything that a baseball game could have. It had a pine tar incident, wild pitches, stolen bases, runners interference, Head Coach Sunny Golloway getting tossed, a hard slide into 2nd base which led to both benches clearing. The Red River Rivalry is not just for football but for all of the sports when these two teams collide.
