Co-Pitchers of the Week:

Eric Arnett, Indiana
LHP, Jr., Pataskala, Ohio/Watkins Memorial
Arnett held Iowa to just two hits and two walks while striking out a career-high 11 batters in a 5-1 romp over the Hawkeyes. After Arnett gave up two doubles in the second inning, he did not allow a hit the rest of the game en route to his seventh win of the season, pitching all nine stanzas. The Pataskala, Ohio, native has thrown three complete games in each of his three Big Ten starts this season and owns a conference-leading 2.00 ERA. Arnett collects his first career weekly laurel.

Wimmers carried a no-hitter into the eighth inning of a 6-1 triumph over Michigan State on Friday night before allowing a leadoff double and a bunt single. The sophomore hurler threw his third complete game of the season while striking out 11 Spartan batters, posting double-digits for the fourth time this season. The right-hander improves to 6-1 on the year and claims his third weekly accolade of the season and his career.
