Two dozen RBIs by Cody Callahan of Keene State College and a no-hitter by Tim McMenamin of Gwynedd-Mercy College have earned the pair the fourth NCAA Division III National Hitter of the Week and Pitcher of the Week honors for 2009, covering the week of March 16-22, as voted on by a panel of members from the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association.

Callahan, a lefty-hitting freshman outfielder/catcher from Seekonk, Mass batted .510 (25-for-49) with a 1.061 slugging pct., 19 runs, 10 doubles, a triple, 5 home runs and 24 RBIs in the Owls’ 6-6 spring week trip to Phoenix, Ariz.
