I will check in throughout the year with some interesting links from around the nation. If you know of an interesting article please send it to us by clicking here. We start today off with an article from The Republican (MA) which talks about Amherst baseball coach Bill Thurston who picked up his 800th victory on Thursday with a 15-8 win over Bowdoin College. The second article comes from Rivals which put out their first Regional Projections for the season. Steve Ellis of The Tallahassee Democrat has an article about the FSU positional changes that first took place against Florida on Wednesday evening will stay in place during the big weekend series against the Clemson Tigers. The Cavalier Daily has an excellent preview of the big Virginia and Miami (FL) series that starts on Friday. Neil White of The State has an article about the LSU/South Carolina series that also begins on Friday. The next article comes from Katie Dowd of The Daily Cal wrote a nice preview of the Cal Bears series against the Stanford Cardinal.
