Palmetto State Baseball is reporting that shortstop Stan Widmann has left the Clemson Tigers baseball program and quit school ending his career with the Clemson program. He only appeared in one game this season for the Tigers where he served as a pinch runner. He was still feeling the lingering effects of a shoulder injury which plagued him last season and never fully recovered.
