Luke Anders and Kevin Gonzalez drove in four runs apiece and true freshman Ross Hales picked up the win in his first career start as the No. 1-ranked Aggies defeated Centenary College, 11-1, Tuesday night.

The Texas Longhorns used 10th-inning heroics by sophomore catcher Cameron Rupp to register a 4-3 win over the UT Arlington Mavericks on Tuesday evening at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.

Trailing 3-2 with two outs and the bases loaded in the bottom of the 10th inning, Rupp stepped to the plate and blasted a first-pitch offering from UTA reliever Jason Mitchell into the gap in right centerfield to drive in freshman shortstop Brandon Loy with the game-tying run and junior first baseman Brandon Belt with the game-winner.

Freshman Lee Ridenhour earned his first collegiate win, and sophomore Tony Thompson went 2-for-5 with three RBIs as Kansas captured a 9-3 non-conference baseball win at No. 21 Arkansas Tuesday at Baum Stadium.

The Jayhawks, who had not won in Arkansas since 1999, even their record at 2-2, while the Razorbacks fall to 3-1.

New Mexico 13 at Texas Tech 10
Texas Tech watched its five-run lead slip away in the top of the seventh as New Mexico plated six runs and the Lobos went on to hand the Red Raiders their first loss of the season 13-10 on Tuesday evening at Dan Law Field.
