LUBBOCK, Texas – The Texas Tech baseball team will finish the opening week of practice with two scrimmages on Friday and Saturday afternoon.
All Texas Tech team workouts are held at Dan Law Field and are open to the public to come catch a glimpse of this year’s Red Raiders.
The two scrimmages have been set for Friday at 3:30 p.m. and Saturday at 2:30 p.m. The Red Raiders begin the 2009 season Feb. 20 in a doubleheader at Dan Law Field featuring Southern Utah and University of Texas-Pan American.
This Week’s Schedule:
Wednesday, Feb. 4 – 3 p.m. (regular team workout)
Thursday, Feb. 5 – 2:15 p.m. (regular team workout)
Friday, Feb. 6 – 2:15 p.m. (with scrimmage following at 3:30 p.m.)
Saturday, Feb. 7 – 1 p.m. (with scrimmage following at 2:30 p.m.)
Sunday, Feb. 8 – 1 p.m. (regular team workout)
