The Missouri Baseball team will conclude it fall practices with the annual Fall World Series, starting this weekend at Taylor Stadium. Game one of the three-game series is scheduled for Saturday at 11 a.m. Game two is set for 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, with the series finale at 6 p.m. on Monday.

The rosters for the Fall World Series are below.

The Tigers are coming off their sixth-straight trip NCAA Tournament last spring, finishing the season with a 39-21 record. MU is one of just 16 programs in the nation that has qualified for the postseason in each of the last six years. The Tigers finished fourth in the Big 12 Conference last season and ended year ranked No. 19 in the nation.

Mizzou returns six position starts and eight pitchers from the 2008 squad and welcome 10 newcomers to the team. Among the returners are All-Conference honorees Aaron Senne, Trevor Coleman, Kyle Gibson, Ryan Lollis and Greg Folgia.

The upcoming season will be the 15th for Head Coach Tim Jamieson at the helm. Jamieson is 480-329-2 as MU’s head coach. His next win will place him in a tie with John “Hi” Simmons for second all-time in career wins at Mizzou.

The 2009 season will open for the Tigers on Feb. 20 in Arizona. The home opener is scheduled for March 6 at Taylor Stadium. A finalized schedule will be released soon.
