The Register-Guard has put out a very good article looking into the salary and benefits in George Horton’s contract. Horton is the former Cal-State Fullerton coach who left the Titans program to restart the University of Oregon program. He will be paid $450,000 yearly with several bonus clauses included for on the field performance and academic performance by the squad. If Horton is fired before the expiration of his contract, he will receive $600,000 per season left. The full article is available here.
