The TCU Horned Frog baseball team is set to hold a exhibition game against UT-Arlington Saturday morning at Lupton Stadium. The teams are slated to play an 18-inning game beginning at 9 a.m. Admission is free.

“This is a great opportunity for our players, especially the young ones, to get in some good Division I competition before the actual season begins,” remarked Head Coach Jim Schlossnagle. “It also allows our fans to get a preview of our team in the fall. Our players are very excited about the chance to suit up against another school.”

TCU is in the midst of a six-week fall practice schedule. A new twist to the fall season has been the Purple-White season that features 15 intrasquad scrimmages. They have completed five in the first two weeks of practice. The fall season comes to an end on Oct. 26.
