The CBB is committed in bringing the very best content to the site. Today we have two schedules, Big Ten Iowa Hawkeyes and the Longwood Lancers, a Independent participant. We also have the fall schedule for Monmouth.
Iowa Hawkeyes
Iowa finished at the bottom of the Big Ten last year and will be looking to improves on those numbers in ’09. Head Coach Jack Dahm and the Hawkeyes will kick off the 2009 campaign in the Big East/BIG Ten Challenged the weekend of the 20th of February. Iowa will face BIG Ten foe Illinois on Friday, Saturday they will square off against St John, then they will wrap it up with a contest against Georgetown on Sunday the 22nd of February.
The Hawkeyes return to Florida the following weekend(February 27th-29th) to take part in the Stetson Tournament in Deland, Florida. They we take on Stetson on Friday, South Alabama on Saturday , The Hawkeyes finish the tournament on Sunday with a contest against Southern Illinois.
The Hawkeyes start conference play against Michigan on March 27 at home and wraps up conference play with a road trip to Columbus, Ohio to take on Ohio State on May 14th-16th.
2009 College Baseball Schedule-Iowa Hawkeyes
Longwood Lancers
Longwood Lancers and Head Coach Buddy Bolding participates as an Independent. Their schedule for 2009 has 12 double headers to cut down on travel time an expenses.
They start off their 2009 campaign at Home against Delaware in a four game contest. They will then follow that up with two single midweek contest. One with Richmond on the 24th of February and one against Old Dominion on the 25th.
They will wrap up their 2009 campaign with a road contest against Appalachian State on May 14th and 15th with a double header on the 15th.

Monmouth University
Head Coach Dean Ehehalt and Monmouth has released their fall schedule for this fall. Personal Note: I have always enjoyed going to watch a fall scrimmage- smaller and I am able to get more information. Monmouth started yesterday with their Intrasquad scrimmage and will wrap it up with a 100 innings scrimmaged on Sunday October the 12th.
Om October the 15th they will participate in their Blue and White World Series with a 5 game world Series and in the middle will be the Alumni Game on October 19th.
