Temple Baseball Adds Five To Recruiting Class

Temple head baseball coach Rob Valli is pleased to announce the addition of five student-athletes for the 2009 season. INF/P Foster Dunigan, catcher Matt Elko, INF Tony Jusino, RHP Tyler Horst, and LHP Drew Shaw will make their debut for the Cherry and White in 2009. FULL STORY

Air Force Baseball 2008 Season Wrap Up

The 2008 Air Force baseball team finished the season with an 18-33 overall record and 4-20 Mountain West Conference mark for seventh place. The Falcons led the nation in triples per game and freshman Nathan Carter led the nation with 11 triples.

Baseball: FGCU hires new pitching coach

Pitching coach Dan Roszel threw Florida Gulf Coast University head coach Dave Tollett a bit of a curveball last month by accepting a similar job with the College of Charleston.

But Tollett believes incoming pitching coach Derek Tate, who spent the last two years as a volunteer assistant at the University of San Francisco, will be a hit with the Eagles. FULL STORY
