The Coastal Carolina baseball squad will be hosting a regional for the second straight year but the difference this season is that the Chanticleers will be the playing at their real home field. They will be joined by East Carolina, Alabama, and Columbia. Coastal Carolina has a record of 47-12 while going 17-3 in the Big South. East Carolina enters with a 40-19 mark while going 13-11 in Conference USA. The Crimson Tide come in with a 34-26 record with a 16-14 record in a tough SEC conference. Columbia enters with a 22-28 record while going 15-5 in the Ivy League.
