PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Cincinnati second baseman Josh Harrison was named BIG EAST Player of the Week and Seton Hall junior Corey Young was named BIG EAST Pitcher of the Week.

Harrison was a perfect 10-for-10 at the plate in the three-game set at Louisville. For the week he was 13-for-21 (.619) with eight runs scored, six stolen bases and five RBIs. He belted a home run and notched a double to post an .810 slugging percentage.

Young worked eight innings in the 4-0 win over Rutgers. He struck out 13 of the 26 batters faced and did not surrender a run on four hits. The Scarlet Knights hit only .154 against the junior.
