Austin Wood went 7 2/3 today and struck out 8 Cardinals in picking up his 2nd win of the season. Freshman Chance Ruffin came in the bottom of the 8th to close the door to earn his 2nd save of the season to help Texas to move 9-2 on the season. Texas and Stanford will square off a gain tomorrow at 2:00 pm. Kenn Kasparek will be on the mound looking for his 2nd win on the young season and taking the series over the Cardinal.
