UNC loses Cavasinni for the Season

The North Carolina Tar Heels received some bad news on Wednesday as Junior outfielder Mike Cavasinni underwent successful surgery for a torn ACL. He has been the heart and soul of the UNC team over the last two seasons as he has a career batting average of .303 over 102 games. He is expected to miss the entire season.
