Wofford baseball player Charles Tutan Eller allegedly trying run a lady off the road on Wednesday evening. He is facing charges of Assault and Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature. Media coverage of this has been irresponsible and deplorable. Whatever happened to the principle of innocent until proven guilty?

Clarification of my comment re: irresponsible media coverage. Brian Foley’s posting was fair in using terms such as “allegedly” & “reportedly”. My comments are directed at Sean Flynn & his article in the Spartanburg Herald-Journal. Brian Foley’s verbage is an example of responsible journalism.
