The Oregon State athletic department has been allowing Michael Lissman play in this College World Series as he recently plead guilty to theft. OSU has a conduct policy in place and head coach Pat Casey planned on suspending Lissman but the athletic department convinced Casey to wait for more information to come available. He ended up pleading guilty on May 21st and has not faced any discipline yet from the OSU baseball team as the theft was for over $30,000 from an elderly relative. The full article is available here.
