The Maryland Terrapins picked up a 11-6 victory over UMBC on Tuesday evening. Maryland used a six run third inning to cruise to the victory. Casey Baron got the win by working two innings and striking out five out of the six outs he recorded. Sean Rae got the loss for UMBC by giving up six runs in his two innings of work. Maryland will be back in action on Wednesday when they host Maryland Eastern-Shore while UMBC will host America East rival Binghamton on Friday for the start of a four game set.
