The Long Beach State Dirtbags grabbed Game three of their series with USC today by a score of 5-1. Long Beach was led by a good pitching performance from Omar Arif who started the game and went 4 shutout innings while only allowing two hits. Andrew Leibel pitched the final three innings to pick up his first save on the season. Anthony Vazquez started the game fro the Trojans and lasted 6.0 innings while giving up two runs. Long Beach State will be back in action on Tuesday at Pepperdine before hosting Texas while USC will be making the trip to Loyola Marymount before San Diego comes rolling into town.
