The USC Trojans under new head coach Chad Kreuter. The leader of the USC offense this season should be Matt Cusick who was admired greatly this summer by his fellow Cape Cod Leaguers who still talk about his hitting ability. Kreuter also has gotten a huge recruit in Robert Stock who left high school early to play for the Trojans this season. Stock was expected to be a first round pick in the upcoming draft but will not be eligible since he has already enrolled in college. Baseball America has rated the incoming freshman class as the third best behind South Carolina and Baylor by Baseball America. The Game notes are linked here for the Cal Poly game on Tuesday and the Long Beach State series over the weekend.
